After you view properties from my site, and you will have access to every property on the market listed from "every" real estate office. We will sit down and select possible compatible properties together. This will allow me to pin-point your thoughts on desired homes. We will analyze your wants and needs to get a clear picture of your ideal home. I will need to know when you are thinking of making the move. Its useless to look at property today if you are wanting to move in a year. In most cases the property you see within the next 60-90 days will be gone. We will drive by selected homes and view the area, as well as the exterior of specific homes. We will not disturb the occupants. Step 3 Schedule showing on the homes you like
We will use my time and your time wisely by showing homes that are meaningful to you, and homes you have a expressed interest in. We will compare homes and make decisions based on neighborhood cycles, city vision and how it may help you or hurt you in your re-sale or future value. We will negotiate to obtain best terms, etc. We will coordinate and supervise document preparation, preclosing consulting, resolve last minute issues, complete the transaction. coordinate move-in and assist with postclosing issues.
